As a side comment about plenary powers of our presidents, past and present … “The provision gives presidents broad authority to ban individual immigrants or groups of immigrants. Presidents haven’t hesitated to use it. Barack Obama invoked it 19 times, Bill Clinton 12 times, George W. Bush 6 times and Ronald Reagan five times. George H.W. Bush invoked it once.” (Ann w Simmons and Alen Zarim, World & Nation 1-13-17)
President Trump used it in his first term and banned Muslims from seven countries from admission to the US and deported too many to count! That one was also challenged and the Supreme Court ruled in the President’s favor. Virtually ALL the challenges to the Plenary Powers Proclamation of a President have been unanimously ruled in favor of the Presidents! So, what’s changed?
Direct your AG to start charging these sleazebag democraps (small d) in Congress with Sedition and the Logan Act violations (negotiating with Foreign Governments without permission of the President) and order the FBI to look at their financials. The elected officials who have the biggest mouths and spew the most Bullshit, like AOC, Shitty, Swallow, the Penguin, Schumer… of/for interfering in the President’s ability to administer his duties as president.
AOC slandering the president by accusing him of being a criminal, that means tried and convicted. Just like the garbage disposal …she is ignorant! If she wants to see a criminal, tell her to look into the mirror! President Trump has NEVER been convicted of a felony or any crime. Besides reading what a “garbage disposal” is, look at a document called the Constitution. In fact, the FBI should open a Hobbs Act case on her for misuse of government funds. That’s typical when a thief has/is in control of money, power; they use/enjoy “first class” everything… on our dime?!
Opening our borders to everybody, without vetting, is against our laws! That is not plenary powers any more than robbing a bank is plenary powers. Allowing 25,000,000 unvetted, illegal aliens, which includes millions of terrorists, rapists, dangerous gangs, drug runners, human trafficking, child abuse to an unbelievable extent and more…is NOT Plenary Power…it’s Treason!
Shutting down fossil fuel supplies, interfering in food supplies, baby food and other necessities is NOT for environmental reasons, it is criminal. It’s to take away citizens “Inalienable rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness” …thereby causing chaos, riots, insurrection and the ULTIMATE GOAL of Hussein Obama… Martial Law…then a Socialist, Islamic Nation, the “Fundamental change”, he promised!
The criminal acts that Obama committed runs the gamut of Title 18. He began his political rise to fame by committing the biggest fraud in US history by becoming an American citizen (not born in the USA) and changing his “religion” from Islam to Christian. Ask ANY Muslim what would happen to a Muslim who flipped a switch and denounced Islam to become Christian!
To do that, he created a way to counterfeit, change, otherwise commit wire and mail fraud by providing counterfeit documents… from birth certificates (several), all of which have been forensically determined by the best forensic scientists in the world, including the forensic team at the Vatican, as well as the US forensic police departments…TO BE PHONY…like him! He fraudulently obtained a social security card… his first of 3 SS cards… when he was 18 years old, while he was in Hawaii, through the mail, from the Social Security Office in Connecticut where his aunt, coincidentally, worked …out of the thousands of SS Offices in the US! Back then and even now, you must appear in person with an original birth certificate or certified copy. He did not have either!
His selective service records were changed, his passport not available, his college records sealed, and he claimed to be a foreign exchange student…?! It seems he became a natural born US citizen when necessary and foreign when necessary…the same with his religion. Islam until 21, then Christian when necessary…but believes the Islam call to prayer is the most beautiful thing in the world…go figure?!
Here's his problem…every time he produced a phony document; he committed a felony… every … single… time. If we also bring in other individuals, primarily from his staff, we will have sufficient predicate crimes. Additionally, his co-conspirators—who are likely to cooperate—will provide enough evidence to build a RICO case, alongside charges of treason. Remember the Statute of Limitation for RICO doesn’t start until the very last crime which is probably “yesterday”! How flagrant he and his staff were/are! All of which is in furtherance of the substantive crime …that is to change, overthrow the Government he Swore to “Preserve, Protect and Defend”!
Counterfeit government documents are addressed in multiple sections of Title 18 of the U.S. Code. Specifically, 18 U.S.C. §§ 471, 472, 473, 474, 474A, 478, 479, 489, 506, 513, 514, 1001, 1002, 1001, 1017, 1028, 2320, and 2197 cover various aspects of counterfeiting and forgery of government documents, securities, and other related items.
Now let’s talk about treason and then RICO. I believe the government has probable cause to believe that Barack Hussien Obama and Joe Biden both committed treason and also violated the RICO Statutes.
Obama used his office of the President to “fundamentally change America”, into a Socialist, Islamic nation, to the end to benefit himself and those members of his staff for monetary gains, as well as power to take over America. How did he enter the Presidency with a $250,000 net worth and exit, eight years later, with 30 million dollars? All on a $400,000 salary? He continued by directing his own staff to further benefit him and the organization by directing then President Biden, who willingly and of his own volition, benefited monetarily…I heard he gained unknown benefits to the tune of $87 million dollars!?
RICO requires several elements. There were Agents in NY who were up on all the elements, as well as Rudy, and requirements to open a RICO case. I never worked on a RICO case as I was mostly violent crimes, but my informants gave me information that was pertinent to OC! Just being around the cases, I learned a lot. If, and when, the FBI gets off its ass and nails down the Treason cases and the Sedition cases …everything else will come together.
Start with the Carter Page first wiretap. That’s the poison tree…completely illegal and signed by those who "knew or should have known". There’s your lead…now go get them…! Include the judge or judges besides FBI personnel (head of Agencies) who signed their names to that fictitious affidavit regarding the Dossier. That was 90% of their “evidence”! If you can’t make that case…hang it up and I’ll show you how!
The AG must remove every DOJ attorney. You already had an attorney stab you in the back and as long as anyone who worked for Hussien works for our new AG, she will be stabbed in the back…there are none who worked for Obama that are trustworthy…none!!! The AG will not have anybody to trust if she keeps any of the previous prosecutors, ESPECIALLY THE CIVIL RIGHTS department that are agenda oriented with Eric Holder’s BS agenda. There are millions of qualified, Republican only, attorneys who are available …give them ALL lie detector and drug, hair follicle tests!
Holder should be charged with criminal negligence on those cases his Black Ops attorneys, who were censored by federal judges for tampering with evidence, harassing witnesses and the biggest…disobeying a direct court order from a Texas Judge. They continued to grant illegals (10,000) with immunity, AFTER the judge ordered them to stop. That judge took away their ability to appear, for the government, in 37 Districts. They should have been charged and fired and prosecuted. Holder did nothing… (because he ordered it) … my opinion... and you are allowing these so-called lawyers to continue to F---k things up, for the President! Fire the bastards … you owe them nothing. How many “Republican” attorneys came forward with the criminal activity they observed going on…like Jim Comey taking over the prosecutorial lead on Hillary’s case! He cannot do that…but he did! The FBI Director cannot give the public his prosecutorial opinion and “decline to prosecute”. Hey…Comey, we, the FBI, investigates…the US Attorney prosecutes!
Comey, read your DOJ Manual and the FBI Manual on who makes press releases and who supplies the material for those releases. Different jobs!
